TUITION AND FEES FOR 2008-2009 SCHOOL YEAR

TUITION           

Enrollment is for a minimum of one (1) year. New students entering after the school year begins will pay tuition beginning with the quarter in which they were admitted. If a student in good standing withdraws from Caribbean School, the tuition due to the school will be calculated to the end of the quarter. To officially withdraw from the school, a Caribbean School Withdrawal Form must be filled out by the parent/guardian.

Textbooks are provided by the school and must be returned in acceptable condition, otherwise the full replacement value will be charged including shipping or other related costs if necessary.

 *$100.00 of this fee will be credited towards the total tuition for the upcoming school year, but is otherwise non-refundable. Students registering after February 28 will not have $100 credited to the total tuition.

(Caribbean School reserves the right to levy additional per student assessments, if deemed necessary by the Board of Directors.)

 

 

PAYMENTS, CREDITS, AND DISCOUNTS

 

First payment: general operating fee due June 1.

Thereafter monthly tuition payments may be made according to a payment plan (pre-authorized credit card or bank account debit).

Late charges will be applied to all monies owed as described in the “conditions of enrollment”.

 

4% discount for annual full payment on net tuition made in advance (due July 10, according to contract).

2% discount for semi-annual payments on net tuition made in advance (due July 10, and December 10, according to contract).

 

Early Registration Fee/Re-enrollment (for currently enrolled students only):

$100.00 per child of this fee will be credited towards the total tuition for the upcoming school year, but is otherwise non-refundable.

 

 

FUNDRAISER OBLIGATION

 

From time to time the Board of Directors will initiate a fundraiser for Caribbean School. Parents must support the Caribbean School Board of Directors’ fundraising events when required. This obligation will not exceed $100.00 per family per year.
