Transcripts are fulfilled by the registrar. The forms can be requested in Administration or you can download the PDF form at the bottom. The forms must be filled out completely with the students’ name, year of graduation or withdrawal and/or the current grade.
If the transcript is to be mailed by the registrar the mailing address must be complete and accurate. Transcripts are mailed registered/certified so that we may receive proof of its arrival to the mailing address.
If the transcript is to be picked up by the person requesting it, it will be fulfilled by the next working day.
Seniors are entitled to three (3) official transcripts free of charge during the school year. Additional official transcripts if mailed registered/certified have a fee of $10.00 each. If the request is for pick up the fee is $5.00 each.
Official and Unofficial transcripts to be sent via email are free of charge with correct email address. Student copies are also free of charge.
All fees are to be paid in CASH or MONEY ORDER in the Business Office once transcript form is filled out.
Transcript information contains five years of all courses taken and completed at Caribbean School.
